Percy De Rolo

I recently wrapped up a super cool project for Charlie Lawrence, creating custom buttons inspired by Percy de Rolo’s family crest from Critical Role. I designed and made the entire costume, but the buttons were a special touch that I felt needed extra attention. After diving into the design, I wanted to make sure every detail was spot on to capture the essence of Percy’s character. Once the design was finalised, I teamed up with Buck and Doe for the 3D printing. They did an amazing job bringing my design to life with incredible detail.

With the printed buttons in hand, I got to work sanding them down to perfection. This step was crucial to ensure the buttons were smooth and comfortable to the touch. After smoothing out any rough edges, I carefully added the finished buttons to the coat. It was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together, and knowing it met Charlie’s expectations made it even better.
