In The Garden of Eden

I have almost finished this custom lingerie commission for a London based Burlesque performer, who asked for a costume inspired by the Garden of Eden.

I decided to go with hand sewn embroidery leaves cascading up the body, with two applique apples over the breasts – each one adorned with hand applied crystals to make them look extra juicy (I mean the apples!). I also added a scattering of crystals across the leaves for that extra bit of sparkle.
