St Valentine’s Day

Today I’m wishing a happy Valentines Day to all who celebrate, and a very merry Lupercalia to everyone else.

Wether you choose to celebrate by getting hot and heavy with a loving partner, burying yourself under chocolates, wine and netflix, or having a quiet night with dear friends, I truly hope you feel the love today.

Personally, I will be spending a quiet evening with comfort food, cats, and my twin sister. I have never really been one for going all out on Valentines, but I’ll happily take an excuse to be around good food and good company; and to me that is what these holidays are all about.

Today I’m also sharing with you these absolutely gorgeous photos of Deliza La Demure shot by The Pinup Academy – I was completely blown away when I received these photos, the skill and talent of both model and photographer is plain to see in this fantastic set. Each of my pieces are lovingly hand made, and to see them being loved and appreciated and shown in such beautiful ways truly warms my heart.

I think, despite everything else going on in the world, this might be my best Valentine’s yet.
