Over the past 2 years, my friend and I have been working to slowly upgrade his John Snow Cosplay piece by piece.
The gambeson was recreated using quilted leather and a carefully crafted pattern made by taking apart his old one that was starting to fall apart; while the iconic cloak was made with considerable attention to detail, using a combination of sourced fabrics and IKEA fur for the trim. The result is a stunning, screen-accurate look that’s slowly coming together, one handmade piece at a time.
